SHACK15 hosts its second Hackathon on ChatGPT

On April 15 & 16, 2023, SHACK15 hosted its second hackathon, on the topic of ChatGPT. Some of the smartest minds in the Bay Area and beyond came to generate some incredible ideas based on Chat GPT-4's latest API release. The event was co-hosted by Cerebral Valley and SHACK15, with support from OpenAI who provided GPT Plugins access to all participants. For the 2nd time, the buzz and energy that we felt emanate through our space was infectious. The hacker energy is truly back in San Francisco in full swing!

SHACK15: Who were the participants and where did they come from?

Porollo: The participants (hackers) of the hackathon were some of the top industry talent from SF, including engineers, PMs, and AI researchers from Google, Meta, Microsoft, SpaceX, Tesla, etc.

Porollo: The hackathon was a Cerebral Valley event organized by the Cerebral Valley team in partnership with SHACK15 who provided the space and OpenAI who provided GPT Plugins access to all participants. Idea: Using the plugin and ChatGPT a user can describe what they want to be taught about and they will receive a link to a high quality video providing a short tutorial on the subject.

Idea: InfraGPT is a powerful plugin that automates a large chunk of what massive devops teams do. It allows users to modify code based on how it executes on the server, analyze metrics like CPU, memory, network, and much more. The plugin has countless use-cases out of the box without any customization, including Automated ML infra ops, Automated QA Testing, and Automated server performance diagnostics.
